Regulatory Associate | British Virgin Islands 🌴
We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading offshore law firm in the BVI, who are looking to add an Associate with strong regulatory experience to their team.
The role will involve advising a broad range of international clients on BVI regulatory matters, with a particular focus on the investment funds and financial services sectors.
You will have the opportunity to work on:
- Fund regulation and investment funds matters
- Financial services regulation and compliance
- Licensing and regulatory applications
- Regulatory aspects of corporate and transactional matters
- Advising funds, investment managers and other financial services clients
- Complex, cross-border regulatory matters

We are looking for:
- An Associate with strong regulatory experience
- Experience in funds and/or financial services regulation
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Experience advising on complex or cross-border matters
- Training at a leading international or offshore firm preferred
