Regulatory Associate | British Virgin Islands 🌴

We are working on an excellent opportunity with a leading offshore law firm in the BVI, who are looking to add an Associate with strong regulatory experience to their team.

The role will involve advising a broad range of international clients on BVI regulatory matters, with a particular focus on the investment funds and financial services sectors.

You will have the opportunity to work on:

  • Fund regulation and investment funds matters
  • Financial services regulation and compliance
  • Licensing and regulatory applications
  • Regulatory aspects of corporate and transactional matters
  • Advising funds, investment managers and other financial services clients
  • Complex, cross-border regulatory matters

  • An Associate with strong regulatory experience
  • Experience in funds and/or financial services regulation
  • Strong technical ability and commercial awareness

  • Training at a leading international or offshore firm preferred
