Strategic Regulatory Change Specialist
As a Strategic Regulatory Change Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of analysing European regulations, designing implementation strategies, and delivering impactful solutions that align with the business goals. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, lead workshops, and produce executive-level communications, all while benefiting from mentorship by senior leaders within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Analysis: Assess European regulations to identify key implications for the business.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and implement required changes.
- Documentation & Communication: Create detailed documentation and deliver high-level summaries for executive audiences.
- Solution Design: Lead workshops to develop practical implementation strategies across the organisation.
- Project Management: Work closely with Project Managers to develop, manage, and execute project plans while coordinating activities and defining stakeholder roles.
- Strategic Delivery: Connect organisational dots to ensure alignment with risk management, governance, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role or field.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, identify interdependencies, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
