Summary

Are you a data-driven professional with an eye for detail and a passion for accountability?

Do you have the aptitude for tracking complex information and driving cross-business compliance?

We are looking for a Regulatory Commitments Analyst to report directly to the Regulatory Commitments Lead. You will provide essential data management, tracking, and analytical support to ensure we consistently deliver on our regulatory promises.

You will be the core administrator for our live SEW regulatory commitments database, serving as a key linchpin between operational teams and regulatory expectations.

You will work closely with teams across the wider business to monitor progress against agreed timelines, track accountability outputs, and gather compliance evidence. Your diligent analysis and tracking will ensure that commitments are met to the satisfaction of our regulators and ultimately deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

Main responsibilities

  • Database maintenance: Administer, update, and ensure the absolute accuracy of the comprehensive, live database of SEW regulatory commitments.
  • Milestone tracking: Monitor delivery timelines, accountability outputs, and milestones across various business areas, proactively flagging potential slippages to the Regulatory Commitments Lead.
  • Data analysis & reporting: Analyse compliance data and compile clear performance documentation, progress reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Evidence collection: Coordinate with the wider business to gather, verify, and archive robust evidence demonstrating that regulatory commitments have been met satisfactorily.
  • Meeting support: Assist in driving internal tracking meetings by preparing performance data, updating milestones, and documenting agreed action points.
  • Regulatory awareness: Support the wider team in monitoring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks, including Ofwat and environmental legislation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
