Location: London, 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.
Salary: £45,000
We’re partnering with a high-growth, international financial services organisation seeking a Compliance Analyst to join its expanding Compliance function.
The role:
Reporting into the Compliance leadership team, you will provide subject matter expertise on UK and European payments regulation, helping ensure products, processes, and customer journeys remain aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing regulatory guidance on payment services, e-money, safeguarding, and related FCA requirements.
- Supporting implementation and ongoing monitoring of Consumer Duty obligations across products and customer outcomes.
- Conducting compliance reviews and regulatory assessments of new and existing products.
- Advising stakeholders on regulatory developments and their business improvement.
- Supporting safeguarding frameworks, controls, monitoring, and governance
- Contributing to regulatory change projects and policy development.
- Assisting with regulatory reporting, audits, and engagement with regulators where required.
- Delivering compliance training and awareness across the business.

- Experience working within a regulated payments, fintech, e-money, banking, or financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK payments regulation, including the Payment Services Regulations (PSRs) and safeguarding requirements.
- Practical experience supporting Consumer Duty implementation and oversight.
- Understanding of product governance and conduct risk framework.
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business solutions.
