Oliver James are currently supporting a Lloyd's Broker who is hiring for a Regulatory Compliance Manager. This role is an excellent opportunity for you to join a growing business to work closely with the Head of Compliance as you expand on your regulatory compliance skill set, as well as build on your international knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Horizon Scanning and communicating regulatory changes to the wider business
  • Updating current policies to ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Liaise directly with regulators and complete regulatory returns
  • Senior stakeholder management

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of the FCA Handbook
  • Strong regulatory background
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Ideally have experience working for an insurance broker in a compliance function

Please note that insurance experience is essential for this position.
