A prestigious international Bank is seeking a dynamic individual to join its busy Compliance department. This role is for a generalist Compliance Officer to support with all Regulatory matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Head of Compliance in providing compliance advice/guidance on the activities of the London office and regulatory requirements
  • Conducting compliance monitoring programmes and reporting findings
  • Preparing Compliance MI with data analysis
  • Conducting risk management controls
  • Assisting with implementation plans for any internal policy/procedure changes resulting from legal or regulatory changes

Your experience must include:

  • Extensive proven experience in a Regulatory Compliance role gained within banking
  • Excellent presentation skills – both oral and written
  • Ideally experience of leading/supporting compliance projects
  • Strong IT skills
  • A proactive “hands-on” approach, showing initiative to assist with projects

This is a hybrid role - working three days a week in the London office and two days remotely, however for the first month the successful candidate will be required to work 5 days a week in the office.
