As our Regulatory Compliance Officer, you’ll support the business by developing strong expertise in online gambling legislation across multiple markets and applying it to our day‑to‑day operations.
You’ll execute our compliance monitoring programme, compile and submit regulatory reports, consultations and notifications, and act as a trusted escalation point for regulatory compliance matters. You’ll maintain up‑to‑date compliance policies and procedures, manage key regulatory relationships—including third‑party service providers—and assess regulatory risks through an accurate, well‑maintained risk register. You’ll also represent the business at industry workshops and conferences while providing essential support to the Regulatory Compliance Manager.

What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:
- Develop & maintain a solid knowledge of online gambling legislation & regulations relating to multiple markets
- Execute the compliance monitoring programme, report findings to the Regulatory Compliance Manager and maintain an accurate risk register to ensure regulatory risks and controls are documents, assessed and periodically reviewed
- Compile & submit Compliance related reports, requests for information, consultations & notifications to regulatory authorities
- Represent the business at conferences & workshops
- Deliver & maintain regulatory compliance related policies & procedures ensuring they are kept up to date & within annual review periods
- Manage internal and external compliance audits, tracking findings and remediation actions to ensure regulatory risks are identified, assessed, mitigated and resolved within agreed timelines
- Maintain a close working relationship with third-party providers providing operational services to the business
- Act as an escalation point for all regulatory compliance matters, providing clear, practical advice to the business
- Assess regulatory risk & maintain an accurate risk register
- Support the Regulatory Compliance Manager, while working closely with the Senior Regulatory Compliance Officers to develop regulatory expertise, seek guidance and ensure consistent, practical application of compliance requirements

What you’ll bring
You’re someone who brings:
- Experience working in a compliance related or monitoring role within the online gaming industry
- Proven experience working in a dynamic team, with complex casework
- Exceptional understanding of both remote & non-remote gambling regulations & technical requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
- Strong analytical, communication (verbal & written) & stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to convey regulatory requirements clearly and effectively
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
- Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideas
- A collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goals
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve
It would be great if you also have some the following skills:
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
