Regulatory Compliance Officer

We are currently seeking an exceptional Regulatory Compliance Officer to join our team in Manila, Philippines.
As the Regulatory Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring full regulatory compliance for chemical importation activities. You will work closely with regulatory authorities, manage permits and licenses, oversee regulated chemical inventories, and support the business in maintaining the highest standards of compliance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage chemical import permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with DENR-EMB, PDEA, PNP, Customs, and other regulatory agencies.
- Maintain regulated chemical inventories and compliance records.
- Prepare required reports and support audits and inspections.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Provide guidance on licensing and chemical handling requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related science field.
- 3-5 years of regulatory compliance experience within the chemical industry.
- Experience with PMPIN, SQI, and controlled chemical licensing processes.
- Knowledge of RA 6969, PICCS, SDS, and GHS standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and compliance documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Valid driver's license.
