The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Regulatory Coordinator

Location: Spain

Contract and Shift: Permanent

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and support regulatory activities related to AB Vista products in the European Union (EU) and GB.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit registration dossiers to EFSA and FSA.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities in the region and manage queries or additional data requests.
  • Coordinate with R&D, Business Development, Quality, and Commercial teams to support regulatory strategy and product claims.
  • Support product labelling and marketing material review for regulatory compliance.
  • Provide information on competitor products registration status to the regional commercial team.
  • Support the AB Vista global regulatory strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience in regulatory affairs, including the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
