🚨 Regulatory Horizon Scanning & Change | 12 Month Contract
I’m currently working on behalf of a leading wholesale banking organisation on a contract opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Horizon Scanning & Change professional.
📍 London | Hybrid
📅 Contract up to 12 months | Maternity cover
🏦 International / Wholesale Banking
The role will involve:
- Monitoring FCA, PRA, Bank of England, HM Treasury and other regulatory developments
- Assessing consultations, policy statements, supervisory statements and Dear CEO letters
- Conducting regulatory impact assessments and translating developments into practical actions
- Supporting and overseeing regulatory change implementation
- Providing clear guidance and updates to senior stakeholders
- Maintaining the regulatory horizon scanning framework and tracking actions through to completion
- Supporting the continuous improvement of the Regulatory Change Framework

We're looking for:
- 5+ years experience in regulatory horizon scanning / regulatory change
- Experience within a PRA/FCA regulated environment
- Wholesale banking experience
- Strong understanding of UK financial services regulation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate regulatory developments into clear, practical actions
