Regulatory Lawyer 2+ London To £££
This leading national firm is looking to hire a regulatory lawyer to work with health and social care regulators, as well as regulators in legal services and education.
Responsibilities
- You will be working on complex and high profile cases.
- Involved in case investigation, preparation and presentation.
- The team works on matters where it is alleged the registrant's fitness to practise is impaired through misconduct, competence, or health issues.
- Preparing those cases for hearings before panels and committees of the relevant regulators.
- These cases cover everything from large-scale fraud or multi-patient clinical failings through to inappropriate sexualised behaviour.

Requirements
