Regulatory Lawyer | 5+PQE | Cayman

A leading offshore law firm is looking to strengthen its Cayman Islands regulatory practice with an experienced Regulatory Lawyer at 5+PQE.

The team advises a broad range of international clients across financial services, investment funds, corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on complex and evolving regulatory issues. The role will involve advising sophisticated clients on Cayman Islands regulatory requirements and working closely with leading practitioners across the wider business.

This is an opportunity to join an established and highly regarded practice, working on high-quality, often cross-border matters alongside an international client base.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' PQE in financial services, funds or corporate regulatory work
  • Qualified in the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Canada
  • Strong experience advising on Cayman Islands regulatory matters, or relevant offshore/common law regulatory experience
  • Experience working with international clients and on cross-border matters
  • Strong technical and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and client management skills

Previous Cayman Islands experience is preferred, although candidates with strong regulatory experience from another common law jurisdiction may also be considered.
