As our Regulatory Leader, you'll help shape how we respond to an increasingly complex regulatory landscape across Europe and North America. This role goes beyond compliance, creating the intelligence, insight and direction that enables confident decision-making, responsible innovation and sustainable growth. You'll lead a talented regulatory team while partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to turn emerging risks and opportunities into clear actions. Your expertise will help ensure our brands continue to earn consumer trust today while staying ready for tomorrow.

This is a role with real influence. You'll balance technical expertise with commercial understanding, helping teams navigate change, make informed decisions and bring products to market with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and lead a best-in-class regulatory intelligence capability, identifying emerging developments and translating them into clear business actions.
  • Drive regulatory change programmes from insight through to delivery, ensuring the business is prepared, aligned and ready to respond.
  • Protect and strengthen portfolio compliance across products, ingredients, packaging and claims, helping our brands remain trusted by consumers and customers.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Regulatory Officers, creating a culture of technical excellence, collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to balance consumer safety, legal compliance, commercial priorities and operational realities.
  • Lead key product stewardship governance forums, ensuring critical risks, recommendations and decisions are visible, understood and acted upon.

What You’ll Bring

  • Significant experience in regulatory affairs within FMCG, personal care, home care, cosmetics or another regulated consumer products environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and product stewardship requirements across complex international markets.
  • A degree in a scientific, regulatory, product safety, chemistry, toxicology or related discipline.
  • A track record of leading regulatory change initiatives and guiding organisations through evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and translating technical complexity into practical business recommendations.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with experience developing technical teams and building capability across wider networks.
  • The confidence to challenge constructively, build alignment and deliver outcomes through collaboration.
