With offices in seven countries and over 200 employees, you’ll be joining a high-energy, high-impact team that has achieved profitability and has a wealth of opportunity ahead.

💼 About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Licensing Officer to support the firm's regulatory licensing activities across multiple jurisdictions and contribute to the ongoing development of its regulatory and compliance framework.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting licence applications across payments, e-money, digital assets, and other regulated financial services activities. This role is suited to a hands-on professional who can manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively across functions, and help ensure regulatory requirements are translated into practical business outcomes.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Licensing & Applications

  • Support the preparation, submission, and ongoing management of regulatory licence applications, registrations, notifications, variations, and extensions across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist with EMI, Payment Institution, Virtual Asset, Digital Asset, and other financial services licence applications with regulators across the UK, EEA, APAC, and other relevant jurisdictions.
  • Conduct regulatory research and support feasibility assessments for new products, services, and market expansion opportunities.
  • Prepare high-quality application materials, regulatory responses, supporting documentation, and evidence packs.
  • Coordinate input from Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Product, Finance, and other stakeholders to support regulatory submissions.
  • Project manage and track application milestones, regulatory commitments, approval conditions, and post-authorisation requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to management and the Board of Directors on licensing activities, timelines, and regulatory risks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
