Regulatory Manager

We’re looking for a Regulatory Manager to oversee compliance across our product portfolio and support our expansion into international markets.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of regulatory affairs across our skincare, personal care, household cleaning and wider baby product range, ensuring our products, packaging and claims meet the requirements of the markets in which we operate.

Working closely with our product development, marketing and operations teams, manufacturers and external specialists, you’ll provide practical guidance from initial product development through to launch and ongoing compliance, including packaging and packaging waste requirements.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with commercial understanding and enjoys making complex requirements clear and actionable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product compliance across worldwide with core focus UK and EU, supporting registrations and launches in international markets.
• Maintain regulatory documentation, including PIFs, coordinate CPSRs with qualified safety assessors, and manage relevant CPNP/SCPN notifications.
• Review formulations, ingredients, INCI lists, packaging artwork and labelling, coordinating local market and translation checks where needed.
• Assess product and marketing claims, ensuring appropriate substantiation and consistent guidance across packaging, websites and advertising.
• Coordinate applicable REACH, CLP and detergents requirements with manufacturers and external specialists.
• Oversee applicable packaging and packaging waste requirements, including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), coordinating data, reporting and required packaging changes.
• Monitor changing legislation, assess its impact and coordinate updates to products, documentation and communications.
• Support regulatory risk assessments, reformulations, change control, product safety monitoring and corrective actions.
• Manage our B Corp certification, coordinating assessments, reporting and ongoing improvement initiatives across the business to maintain compliance with B Corp standards.
• Act as the internal point of contact for regulatory queries, providing clear advice and helping teams build compliance into everyday decisions.
