The Role

Regulatory Manager

Location: Milan, Italy, Paris or UK

Italian Salary: €65,000 - €75,000

Bonus: Up to 20% maximum annual performance bonus

Contract Type: Full-time

As Regulatory Manager, you will play a key role in supporting easyJet’s strategic position on airport and air navigation regulation across Europe. You will develop evidence-based regulatory positions, challenge inefficient cost developments and assess the impact of regulatory decisions on our business and network.

You will work closely with stakeholders across easyJet and the wider aviation industry, representing the airline in consultations, forums and industry bodies while helping to ensure airport and air navigation charges remain fair, transparent and commercially sustainable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading consultation responses on airport charges and air navigation regulation at both national and European level.
  • Representing easyJet in regulatory forums, consultations, and industry associations.
  • Developing strong economic arguments and regulatory positions aligned to easyJet’s commercial priorities.
  • Assessing airport and air navigation service provider cost proposals and challenging unjustified charges.
  • Building and maintaining financial and economic models to support regulatory analysis.
  • Conducting scenario analysis to understand the impact of regulatory decisions on costs and network performance.
  • Providing insight and recommendations to support decision-making across Network, Airports, Finance, Procurement, and other business areas.
  • Building effective relationships with regulators, airports, air navigation service providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring regulatory developments, market trends, and competitor activity across Europe.
  • Supporting a consistent and high-quality approach to regulatory analysis and documentation within the team.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior colleagues where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
