Regulatory Project Manager (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Hybrid, London (UK)
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading global insurance organisation to appoint an experienced Regulatory Project Manager to join its Change function on a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a portfolio of high-profile regulatory and compliance initiatives that are critical to the organisation's ongoing transformation agenda. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations and Technology, you'll play a key role in ensuring strategic regulatory programmes are delivered successfully while maintaining strong governance and regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will manage three concurrent workstreams, including an ISO 20022 implementation programme, alongside two other strategic regulatory and operational change initiatives.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple regulatory projects, ensuring each programme is effectively planned, governed and delivered within agreed timelines.
Working across a broad stakeholder landscape, you'll coordinate business, technology and third-party teams, proactively managing risks, dependencies and regulatory requirements while providing regular updates to programme sponsors and senior leadership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
