Assistant Vice President - Regulatory Reporting

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Vice President to join a regulatory reporting function focused on large exposure monitoring, regulatory compliance, and prudential reporting. The role offers stakeholder exposure and the chance to act as a subject matter expert on regulatory large exposure requirements.

A leading global and corporate investment bank.

Description

  • Daily monitoring, investigation, and resolution of large exposure limit excesses.
  • Management of large exposure communications, approvals, and group collateral reporting processes.
  • Support for regulatory reporting, including COREP large exposure submissions and senior management reporting.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly COREP reports related to credit risk and large exposures.
  • Providing prudential risk insights to senior management.
  • Working closely with Front Office, Risk, Finance, and other stakeholders to manage exposure risks, collateral processes, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Profile

  • Strong experience in regulatory reporting within banking or financial services.
  • Sound knowledge of large exposure regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information.
  • Degree level education or equivalent relevant experience.
