Regulatory Reporting Consultant – Liquidity

UK (Remote) | 3-month initial contract | Outside IR35

A fast-growing financial services firm is looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Consultant to take ownership of liquidity-focused regulatory reporting across several entities, partnering closely with Finance, Treasury, Risk, and senior leadership.

Core Focus

  • Owning liquidity reporting (LCR, NSFR, ALMM, PRA110)
  • Enhancing controls, governance, and reporting accuracy

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of liquidity regulatory reporting, both internal and external
  • Take ownership of LCR, NSFR, ALMM, PRA110, and other liquidity return submissions
  • Uphold strong control and governance frameworks throughout the reporting process
  • Guarantee accurate, on-time regulatory submissions
  • Scrutimise and challenge liquidity data inputs, assumptions, and outputs
  • Interpret liquidity regulation changes and evaluate their downstream impact
  • Contribute to process improvement, automation, and reporting for new products
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Risk to strengthen liquidity reporting frameworks

  • 5+ years in regulatory reporting at a UK-regulated bank or financial institution
  • Solid grounding in liquidity reporting (LCR, NSFR, ALMM, PRA110, PRA liquidity framework)
  • Sound knowledge of UK/EU liquidity regulation and reporting standards
  • Track record in controls, governance, and reconciliation
  • Strong analytical ability and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable working at pace in a delivery-focused environment
