Regulatory Reporting Manager | Investment Management | £80,000 - £95,000 | City | 3 days in

A well-known wealth management firm is hiring a Regulatory Reporting Manager to take ownership of all things regulatory reporting. You’ll sit close to senior leadership; Expect regular interaction with the CFO, CEO, and key stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and deliver all FCA regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are never missed
  • Act as the go-to subject matter expert on regulatory requirements, keeping the business ahead of the curve
  • Lead the ICARA process under IFPR – including production, analysis, and presentation to senior stakeholders
  • Support capital planning, stress testing, and wind-down modelling
  • Monitor and report on regulatory and liquidity capital
  • Keep cashflow reporting tight and compliant
  • Deliver monthly reporting for management, shareholders, and lenders
  • Review annual financial statements across multiple entities
  • Support audits, statutory reporting, and tax filings
  • Get involved in M&A due diligence and integration
  • Help maintain banking mandates and broader finance operations

What You’ll Need

  • Strong experience in FCA regulatory reporting
  • Proven ICARA and IFPR experience (non-negotiable)
  • Solid grounding in financial reporting and IFRS
  • Ability to translate complex regulation into clear, actionable insight
  • Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
