What you will be doing
As a Regulatory Reporting Professional, you primarily work within our Regulatory Reporting service line. We support asset managers, fund administrators and pension funds in meeting their regulatory reporting obligations across different jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.
Our work includes the preparation, review and submission of a wide range of regulatory reports to supervisory authorities such as the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA). Examples include AIFMD Annex IV reporting and statistical reporting to the CBI, as well as other recurring and ad-hoc regulatory reporting requirements.
The work goes beyond preparing reports: we help clients interpret reporting requirements, collect and validate data, ensure the quality and consistency of submissions, and respond to evolving regulatory requirements. This combination of regulation, data and financial expertise makes Regulatory Reporting a dynamic and highly specialised area within our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and expansion of the Regulatory Reporting function in Ireland, working closely with the Regulatory Reporting Center of Excellence in the Netherlands.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting processes, methodologies, quality standards, and best practices through collaboration and knowledge sharing with experienced colleagues.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality regulatory reporting services to asset management and pension fund clients.
- Take increasing ownership of the end-to-end regulatory reporting process, including the preparation, review, and discussion of client reports.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and interactions, responding to queries and ensuring reporting requirements and expectations are understood and addressed.
- Monitor the quality and efficiency of deliverables, identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and service delivery.
- Translate client feedback and evolving requirements into practical improvements to reporting processes and outputs.
- Maintain close collaboration with colleagues in the Netherlands to facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer, best-practice sharing, and consistency across both locations.
- Support the growth of the Regulatory Reporting team in Ireland, including the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Coach, develop, and supervise members of the local Regulatory Reporting team as the function grows.
- Help establish a strong, scalable, and sustainable Regulatory Reporting capability in Ireland, aligned with established methodologies and quality standards.
- Progressively take on greater leadership and ownership of the Irish Regulatory Reporting function as the team and client portfolio develop.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
