Regulatory Reporting Specialist (12 Month FTC) - Bank

What you'll do:

  • Manage end-to-end production and submission of regulatory capital and liquidity returns (COREP, FINREP, Statistical Returns etc) including quarterly and ad-hoc filings to oversight authorities. Partner with reporting leads to ensure timely delivery and maintain compliance with evolving standards.
  • Support daily monitoring and monthly/quarterly reporting of regulatory metrics to senior finance teams. Assess capital and liquidity impacts of new products and business initiatives through modelling and analysis.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting platforms and systems, validating data quality, testing upgrades, and implementing regulatory changes. Build and maintain robust reconciliation and control processes with clear audit trails.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across finance, risk, and treasury to gather accurate data inputs. Respond to regulatory queries, participate in assessments (e.g. capital adequacy reviews), and support external audit engagements.
  • Identify process improvements and keep documentation current. Stay ahead of regulatory developments and brief senior stakeholders on implications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
