Contract Role: Regulatory Risk Oversight VP

Contract Location: London, office based 2-3 days per week, the rest remote

Contract Start: ASAP

Contract Duration: Full time role (Monday to Friday) to the end of 2026 (inside IR35)

About The Role

Deloitte Talent Solutions are seeking a highly experienced Regulatory Risk Oversight VP. The role is in a Risk function that provides 2LOD review and challenge of 1LOD interpretations and implementation of regulatory capital and liquidity rules. The function also manages the governance process and committees in this area.

  • Candidates should have had experience in the regulatory capital and/or liquidity space.
  • Candidates should have working experience in Basel 3, and preferably Basel 3.1 regulatory interpretations & calculator implementations / approaches. Experience in Counterparty Credit Risk for Repo-Style Transactions is a plus.
  • Candidates are expected to independently review and/or manage reviews of regulatory capital/liquidity rule interpretation and/or implementation approaches in order to ensure alignment to regulatory capital rules and regulations.
