About the Role

Our top-ranked and leading Regulatory team at Kingsley Napley (KN) is recruiting a Senior Paralegal to join our team and assist in the case management for the firm’s clients.

At KN we pride ourselves on being a diverse, friendly, and collaborative firm. Our recognition of employee engagement and happiness can be seen in our achievement of being ranked the number one best law firm to work for in London, by Best Companies.

Responsibilities

For this role, we will be looking for candidates with experience working in a paralegal or legal assistant role within a law firm or at a Regulator. A successful candidate will need to have experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and will need to understand the importance of good client care and excellent interpersonal skills in order to gain clients’ confidence.

Our Regulatory team is consistently and independently recognised by Chambers UK and Legal 500 as a leader in the market. You would assist the department in its preparation of cases for the firm’s clients and in particular the Education Workforce Council (EWC), the Architects Registration Board (ARB), and the Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
