Regulatory Solicitor (Advocate), 3+ Years Advocacy Experience, London, GBP 70,000 : GBP 80,000 DOE

Offering high-quality advocacy work, hybrid working and genuine career progression, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Advocate.

About the Role

  • Join a market-leading Regulatory team undertaking advocacy on behalf of professional regulators across a broad range of fitness to practise and disciplinary proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of contested and uncontested hearings, appearing before regulatory tribunals and courts while providing strategic and commercially focused regulatory advice.
  • Prepare hearing documentation, advise on regulatory investigations, and support clients on a wide range of professional discipline and regulatory matters.

Requirements

  • Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitor Advocates or Barristers with a minimum of 3 years advocacy experience gained within a regulatory, disciplinary or fitness to practise environment.
  • Experience in healthcare regulation, professional discipline or tribunal advocacy would be advantageous, although candidates from wider regulatory backgrounds are encouraged.

Key Skills

  • You will possess excellent advocacy, communication, and analytical skills, together with sound legal judgement, strong client care abilities, and the confidence to manage your own caseload.
