Please note, even though this is a remote role, you must be UK based to be considered.
If you have spent your career boxed into one corner of regulatory, only ever touching part of a Product Information File or watching someone else own the interesting projects, this is the role that finally hands you the whole thing.
About the Role
The position is focused on Cosmetic products, their cosmetics range covers wipes, foams, hand mits, shower caps, and more. As the business handle multiple product portfolio's, there is also the chance to branch into general products or even Medical Devices in the future.
Responsibilities
So, what are you going in to do?
- The documentation is already in good shape, so you are building on solid foundations and pushing things forward.
- You will run the tenders, the registrations and any new markets they want to move into.
- When legislation shifts, you are the one on top of it.
- A big upcoming project is the aim to move into MoCRA, so you could be the person who builds that from scratch.

Requirements
What you will need is:
- Direct, hands on experience creating or maintaining Product Information Files.
- Real experience notifying products through a registration portal and working with economic operators.
- A proper understanding of what sits inside a Cosmetic Product Safety Report.
- Exposure to EU or UK experience both work, but if you have MoCRA exposure it would put you right at the front for the clients interest, given this will be something they pursue.

It's worth noting, this is a busy environment with a lot happening at once, including live plastic free projects and new borderline products that straddle different legislations. So you do need to be comfortable juggling multiple projects and sometimes pushing back on deadlines, basically being able to prioritise.
Details
This is home based, with travel as required, paying £40,000.
