Job Description

At ADM, we unlock the power of nature to enrich the quality of life. As a global leader in human and animal nutrition, we combine innovation, science, and expertise to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

We are now looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in Wapping, London, supporting our Foodservice and Flavours portfolio across the UK and wider European markets. This is a key role within our Regulatory Science & Affairs (RSA) function, ensuring our products meet global regulatory requirements while enabling business growth and market access.

The Role

As Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will ensure compliance and regulatory excellence across a diverse portfolio including flavours, colours, flavour systems, and foodservice solutions. You will play a central role in assessing product permissibility, supporting product launches, and acting as a trusted regulatory partner to both internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regulatory assessments to determine product permissibility and suitability in line with UK, EU, and international food regulations
  • Review raw materials and finished products against applicable legislation and maintain accurate data within ERP systems
  • Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation for internal stakeholders and customer requests
  • Respond to regulatory and technical enquiries, coordinating with Quality, Production, and other internal teams
  • Represent Regulatory Science & Affairs in cross-functional and external meetings
  • Support new product development, product transfers, and market authorisations
  • Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and best practices
  • Implement regulatory changes across the portfolio in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Provide insight and recommendations on regulatory risks, opportunities, and business impact

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
