We are looking for a temporary Regulatory Specialist to join our team on a 12-months contract (maternity cover) to ensure compliance of Sensient’s global raw materials in accordance with worldwide chemical and cosmetic regulations and standards. You will be part of a dynamic and talented regulatory team anchored in a global regulatory organization. You will have a lot of contacts at international level.

This job is to be based in King’s Lynn, UK. It is possible that occasional travel to our office in Saint Ouen L’Aumone (Paris), France may be required.

What you’ll do:

  • Checking and approving regulatory compliance of cosmetic ingredients.
  • Maintaining up to date the related documents and fields in our IT databases.
  • Sourcing further raw material information from suppliers.
  • Supporting raw material regulatory projects, including regulations change reviews, as required by the business.
  • Looking for new opportunities to improve current processes and tasks.

What you’ll bring:

  • Knowledge of cosmetic and chemical regulations and how they relate to the business.
  • Interest in performance and quality measures affecting business performance.
  • Ability to manage several projects and data at the same time by using efficiently MS Office, ERPs and/or other IT tools.
  • Your enthusiasm, creativity, and teamwork to create an amazing in-office environment full-time, 5 days per week.
