South Essex | £15.00 – £17.00 per hour | 6-hour shifts | 5 days per week (rolling rota)

Stanford Wellbeing Ltd is expanding our specialist rehabilitation team, and we are looking for two compassionate, motivated Rehabilitation Assistants to support a young man living with a brain injury who experiences significant cognitive and behavioural difficulties.
This is a meaningful, hands-on role supporting him to:
- Engage in daily activities
- Build occupational engagement
- Try new supported activities
- Participate fully in a structured rehabilitation programme
You will work closely with the client and his family, helping him access a full multidisciplinary programme including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, and Music Therapy.

✨ What Makes This Role Special
- You’ll be part of a specialist rehabilitation service—the only one in Essex providing fully trained Rehabilitation Assistants supervised by qualified professionals.
- You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and supervision from a Consultant Occupational Therapist.
- You’ll help someone rebuild confidence, independence, and meaningful engagement.
📌 Role Details
- Location: South Essex
- Hours: 6-hour shifts, 5 days per week (rolling rota)
- Pay: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour, based on experience and assessed skills
- Availability: Must be able to work daytimes, evenings, and weekends
- Driving: Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
