Salary: A GBP 13.45 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals recovering from illness or injury, helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Working in a brain injury rehabilitation service is fast paced, and dynamic as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life.

Our environment is about growth: supporting people who have had a brain injury succeed in their rehabilitation goals but also the development of staff.

If you have energy, a kindly disposition, and a passion for supporting people to be their best, this could be the role for you.

We support individuals with an acquired brain injury to regain their skills, confidence, and independence with the aim to return home or to more independent living. The Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies. The role includes all aspects of personal care, cooking, and cleaning.

All our inspected services have been awarded a very rare Outstanding in all areas in their CQC inspection, making us the highest rated social care provider in England. This is due to the great environment and outcomes in working with individuals to regain their lives after accident or injury.

Bank/occasional, part-time, and full-time positions are available (13/19.5/26/33/40 hrs contracts available).
