We’re excited to offer this new role Rehoming & Support Operations Manager – where you’ll provide strategic leadership and full accountability for our Rehoming and Support team — championing outstanding animal welfare while creating the conditions for people and animals to thrive.

You’ll lead the journey from admission and rehabilitation through to successful, sustainable adoption, ensuring every animal receives the highest standards of care and the best possible chance of finding a loving home.

Working collaboratively across Animal Welfare, Education & Prevention and the wider organisation, you’ll help shape services, strengthen partnerships and maximise opportunities to intervene early and achieve the very best welfare outcomes.

Applicants must hold: minimum Level 3 certificate in animal care and a management qualification or verifiable relevant experience.
