Reinstatement Supervisor / Planner
We have an opportunity for a Reinstatement Supervisor / Planner to join our team, to be responsible for ensuring reinstatement works are carried out safely and to the highest standards.
As a Reinstatement Supervisor / Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of tarmac / Grab teams. You will ensure that resources, materials, transport, plant, and equipment are used effectively while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality.

- Planning day to day operations with full support of the reinstatement manager
- Supporting with Audits and compliance making sure all works are completed safely and to HAUC specifications
- Reduce S74s, defects & interim reinstatements
- Investigating and resolving defects in collaboration with Local Authorities
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of tarmac surfacing, backfilling, reinstatement, white top & black top
- Experience with NRSWA regulations, Section 58, Section 74, Section 81, and Defects
- Proficiency in IT systems for tracking productivity and reports
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- A valid UK Driving Licence is required
- CSCS and/or EUSR accreditation
- NRSWA Supervisor accreditation
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) (Not Essential)
