As a Senior Product Specialist (German-speaking), you’ll sit at the intersection of deep banking expertise and cutting-edge technology, guiding some of Europe’s most significant financial institutions toward smarter, faster, and more connected lending operations.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where your voice shapes how prospects understand and experience the nCino platform. You’ll lead complex Pre-Sales engagements across the DACH region, building credibility and trust with senior decision-makers by translating real business challenges into compelling product solutions. Your expertise becomes their competitive advantage.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients by leading Pre-Sales conversations, presentations, and solutioning around nCino’s specific capabilities
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with prospects to identify solutions for key business challenges and articulate the strategic value of the nCino platform
- Lead detailed product demonstrations and presentations, handling questions on functional capabilities and showcasing the value of nCino’s solutions
- Bring subject matter expertise in credit, lending, and the broader banking and financial services sector to every client engagement
- Work 'hands-on' with the nCino solution to reflect prospect-specific user stories and technical requirements, tailoring demos to highlight differentiated value
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Pre-Sales, Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless prospect experience

Ideally You’ll Have
- Solid experience in banking or financial services, ideally combined with a background in a Fintech Pre-Sales or consulting role
- A proven ability to build strong rapport with prospects and clients, navigating complex cross-functional stakeholder environments with confidence
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills — you engage and persuade in front of large groups and senior audiences
- The ability to respond quickly to complex scenarios, adapt to evolving situations, and thrive in a client-facing environment
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required (up to 60%)
Bonus Points If You Also Bring
- Hands-on experience with Loan Origination platforms or workflows
- Knowledge of credit risk management or regulatory requirements in the banking sector
- Experience using or configuring Salesforce

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The Base Salary Range For This Job Is
€58,800.00 - €94,100.00
