We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Agriculture Director to join a growing Agricultural Finance team, supporting farmers and rural businesses across the UK.

This is a remote-based role, offering the flexibility to work from home while spending your time where it matters most, with customers and within the agricultural community across your region. What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and develop an established portfolio of agricultural customers.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with farmers, landowners and rural businesses.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across your region.
  • Use your knowledge of the agricultural sector and market trends to provide insight and identify opportunities.
  • Work closely with senior agricultural and wider business teams to deliver growth.
  • Represent the organisation within the local agricultural and professional community.
  • Maintain a strong focus on risk, compliance and responsible lending.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
