Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of third-party partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a positive partner experience. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to build strong, long-term partnerships, provide ongoing support, and ensure partner needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with third-party partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for allocated accounts, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Deliver an excellent partner experience through effective relationship management and regular communication.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and service meetings to discuss performance and address any concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement and improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless and consistent outcomes for partners.
  • Monitor and analyse partner feedback, recommending and supporting improvements where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate account records and provide regular reporting on account activity, service levels, and performance.
  • Build trusted partnerships through a proactive, responsive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Support the retention and ongoing satisfaction of existing partners.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Experience in Relationship Management, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Experience managing third-party suppliers or client relationships.
  • Knowledge of FCA-regulated environments.
