Relationship Manager | Up to ยฃ70,000 + Bonus | Outskirts of Manchester | Full Time

ALF Financial Services have been retained exclusively to recruit a Relationship Manager for a specialist finance broker operating across bridging and development finance, working with a network of high-profile individuals and high-net-worth clients.

This is a role built on relationships, not volume. Youโ€™ll be trusted with introducing new clients with lending requirements and looking after an established client base, working closely with lenders and underwriters to get complex deals structured and placed. It would suit someone already working in bridging or development finance or a Relationship Manager from a private, business or commercial banking background with an existing portfolio of clients who have lending needs, looking to move into a specialist, higher-value part of the market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
