Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager at KVB. The Relationship Manager will manage, grow, and support a portfolio of retail and institutional clients, fostering long-term relationships across multiple markets and asset classes. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new clients, understanding their trading needs, providing platform guidance, and ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness. The role involves regular communication via phone, email, and online meetings, handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and sharing market insights and product updates. The Relationship Manager will also identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, track client satisfaction, and contribute feedback to improve KVB’s products and services.

- Client relationship and service skills, including building trust, managing portfolios of clients, and delivering consistent, high-quality support.
- Communication and interpersonal abilities, such as clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation in online and phone interactions.
- Sales and business development capabilities, including identifying client needs, promoting relevant products, and contributing to client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting client data and feedback, resolving issues efficiently, and suggesting improvements to processes and offerings.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading concepts, ideally across forex, commodities, indices, shares, and cryptocurrencies.
- Comfort with digital tools and trading platforms, with the ability to guide clients through features, functions, and best practices in an online environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in different locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in brokerage, banking, or financial services.
- Prior experience in relationship management, account management, or client-facing roles within financial services is preferred.
- Professional integrity, attention to detail, and a strong client-focused mindset.
