How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey?
- Own and develop an assigned portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships that support satisfaction and retention.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and understand their strategic priorities and operating needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for complex queries, escalations, and strategic account direction.
- Identify relevant cross-sell and upsell opportunities that strengthen client outcomes and increase account value.
- Lead account-planning conversations with internal teams and client stakeholders, capturing requirements and agreeing clear actions.
- Coordinate Operations and other OpenPayd teams to resolve issues and deliver an effective end-to-end client experience.
- Monitor client communication channels and provide proactive, timely support.
- Share best-practice guidance that helps clients improve their operations and initiatives, and monitor the resulting outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and Salesforce reporting, and contribute to continuous-improvement projects across the Customer Success team.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Two to three years' experience in a customer-facing role in customer success, account management, or sales within FX, banking, cross-border payments, fintech, or a similar environment; exposure to crypto or digital assets is desirable.
- Direct experience of supporting customers from a range of backgrounds and building effective stakeholder relationships.
- A general understanding of FX, bank transfers, fintech, and PSD2, together with an interest in payments and financial infrastructure.
- A basic understanding of APIs and confidence discussing client requirements with internal teams.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including reporting and accurate client management.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and workplace communication or project tools such as Slack, Trello, or HubSpot.
- The ability to drive projects, improve operational efficiency, and propose practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including the confidence to manage challenging conversations and influence C-level stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a willingness to go beyond the baseline to support clients.
