Summary Of Role

To negotiate and renew a portfolio of policies to grow and retain profitable business in accordance with company strategy.

Main Tasks

  • Communicate effectively with Direct & Bank customers, brokers & internal departments, to ensure client satisfaction
  • Implement agreed Account Management plan (where appropriate) for clients within the portfolio to ensure we manage and exceed clients expectations
  • To develop close relationships internally to meet business objectives
  • To achieve as a minimum the targets set by the business in relation to wastage, retention, pricing, and compliance
  • Work within Company guidelines & authority levels

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to handle large volume of clients
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Candidates should be lateral thinkers
  • Ability to adapt and solve a wide range of queries and problems
  • At least 2 A Levels or equivalent
  • Experience in a Sales/Servicing Environment
  • Knowledge of the Company's products and services
  • Knowledge of the credit insurance market, including brokers and competitors
  • Full UK Driving Licence
