Relationship & Event Manager
Evenco International · London (Hybrid) · Full-time
About Us
Evenco International connects the world's leading asset managers with senior fund selectors through data-driven events and conferences across Europe. From our base in Moorgate, London, we help shape the conversations driving the future of investment management, and we're growing our team to match our ambitions.
The Role
This is a genuinely varied, two-sided role. Half your time will be spent as a Relationship Manager, building long-term relationships with senior fund selectors across Europe. The other half will be spent as an Event Manager, owning the operations, logistics and supplier relationships that bring our conferences to life. If you like variety, and want equal ownership of both the client relationship and the room they walk into, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
Relationship Management (50%)
- Identify, engage and build lasting relationships with senior fund selectors across banks, private banks, independent financial advisors, family offices, pension funds, insurance companies and wealth advisors.
- Partner with our sponsorship team, working a blend of warm relationships and new prospects.
- Travel across Europe to meet clients face-to-face and represent Evenco at our conferences.
- Sign up high-calibre delegates to attend our flagship conferences throughout the year.
- Stay ahead of investment trends and market data to bring genuine insight to every client conversation.
- Contribute ideas that directly shape our conference agendas, informed by fund selector feedback.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
