The role ⚡
📍 London (Hybrid) | 🤝 3 days in the office | 💰 Competitive Salary + Benefits
The Funding Circle Plus team is dedicated to our highest value customers and sits within our wider Marketplace team. The team’s objective is to live one of our core company values, obsessing over the customer. To do this we want to build stronger relationships with new and existing customers and assist the growth of these businesses through our premium relationship management service. Success will be measured on the retention of these clients and growing their long term value to Funding Circle.

- Take full ownership of a portfolio of £3.25m+ turnover businesses, acting as their dedicated contact and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Drive ongoing client engagement through in-depth discovery calls to understand business goals, spot challenges, and deliver finance solutions.
- Convert inbound leads (across Term Loans, Asset Finance, and Flexipay) and uncover new funding opportunities across your existing portfolio.
- Partner with our trusted panel of third-party lenders for commercial and asset finance when Funding Circle’s core products aren't the exact fit.
- As a key member of a high-growth channel, directly influence the strategy, development, and expansion of the FC Plus function.

- Motivated by target delivery, pipeline management, and going above and beyond to hit team KPIs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can bring fresh ideas to optimize processes.
- You’re able to proactively identify ways to use Generative AI to streamline your daily tasks and improve your personal productivity.
- Confident using approved AI tools safely and effectively to enhance your output and find a better way of working.
