Relationship Manager – GCC Markets

Location: London, with Geneva and Zurich available on several mandates

Trust is your greatest asset. The right platform should protect it.

Exceptional private banking relationships are rarely built quickly. They are earned over years through sound judgement, discretion and an unwavering commitment to clients.

Across the Middle East, trusted advisers frequently become long-term partners to entrepreneurial families, family offices and business owners whose financial interests span multiple jurisdictions. As those clients become increasingly international, they expect broader capabilities, sophisticated financing solutions and seamless cross-border execution.

At some point, every experienced relationship manager asks an important question:

Does my current platform still enable me to deliver the highest standard of advice to my clients?

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why Exceptional Professionals Move

The strongest relationship managers rarely move for compensation alone.

They move when another institution enables them to create greater value for their clients through broader capabilities, deeper expertise and a clearer long-term vision.

Executive Remuneration

Depending on the institution and the strength of the client franchise, fixed annual remuneration typically ranges between CHF 350,000 and CHF 500,000, complemented by highly competitive long-term incentive arrangements.

For exceptional professionals, total annual remuneration may substantially exceed CHF 1 million.

Absolute Confidentiality

Every confidential discussion is conducted personally by a Partner of DES Capital.

Your identity and information will never be shared with any institution without your explicit prior authorisation.

Every important client relationship begins with a conversation. So does every important career decision.

If you believe another platform could better serve both you and your clients, we would welcome a confidential discussion.
