Criticaleye is a leading global peer-to-peer Board Community for CEOs, C-suite executives and senior business leaders. Our membership spans organisations across the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250, private equity, large private companies, AIM-listed businesses and international corporations.

We pride ourselves on delivering a highly personal and bespoke service to our Members, connecting senior leaders with the peer networks, strategic insight, challenge and mentorship they need to succeed.

Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will build a deep understanding of each Member’s business, leadership and career objectives and curate a tailored programme of support to deliver meaningful value throughout their membership.

This is a highly relationship-driven and commercially focused role requiring professional gravitas, strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in leadership and business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of up to 40 senior corporate Members, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Build trusted relationships with CEOs, C-suite executives and other senior leaders across a broad range of industries and organisations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each Member’s business, strategic and career objectives and create a bespoke programme of support aligned to their needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
