Do you enjoy building strong commercial relationships and using data to drive better performance?

I'm working with a well-established business within the automotive finance sector that's looking to appoint a Lender Relationship Manager to manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of lending partners.

This is a role with genuine ownership and visibility. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence how key partnerships develop, and play a major part in improving performance across the lending panel.

The Role

You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of lending partners, building trusted relationships while identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance and streamline processes.

Using performance data and market insight, you'll lead regular business reviews, challenge constructively where improvements are needed, and work cross-functionally to deliver meaningful change.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining relationship management with commercial thinking and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
