LendInvest is the UK’s leading FinTech platform for property finance. Over the past 18 years, we have grown from just our two founders to a team of over 200 working to make property finance simple for everyone.

A workplace culture built around trying new things, getting things done, and having fun while we do it has helped us lend more than £9 billion of mortgages, put thousands of new or improved homes into the UK housing market, and successfully launch on the London Stock Exchange. We have big plans to continue growing the business, our products, our technology, and our people.

The Development Finance team was established in 2015 by the current Managing Director, Development Finance, and during this time the team has originated deals ranging from £1m to £20m+ across England, Scotland and Wales. Since inception, the team has originated over £1bn in development finance loans, and in more recent years, over £300m in land bridging and development exit loans, ranging from £1m to £15m. All funding is backed by institutional capital, including our JV arrangement between HSBC and AB CarVal.

About your work

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, pro-active and target driven Relationship Management professional who is capable of procuring new business opportunities, while delivering an exceptional level of service to clients in need of funding for real estate projects. This role will have nationwide coverage and aim to transact development finance projects, including commercial bridging deals, to both broker-introduced deals and direct clients.

This role involves hands-on management of existing Real Estate Development Finance deals and relationships with both brokers and end-client developers. Our Relationship function is supported by a highly experienced team of Portfolio Managers who are responsible for maintaining loans throughout the life cycle, including drawdowns, reporting and loan exits. The successful candidate should be keen to embrace a new challenge in an environment where you can make your mark.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
