This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established global investment management business with a strong presence across Europe. Operating within a sophisticated institutional and wholesale distribution environment, the organisation is recognised for delivering high-quality investment solutions and building long-term relationships with clients and distribution partners.

Due to continued growth and increasing client engagement across the German market, the business is seeking a Client Manager to join its Frankfurt-based team. Working closely with senior sales professionals and collaborating with colleagues across multiple European offices, this role offers a unique blend of client relationship management, sales support, operational coordination and market intelligence. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys being at the centre of a commercial business, building strong relationships, and helping drive exceptional client outcomes.

Job Summary / Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring timely, accurate and professional responses.
  • Support the on-boarding of new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing investors and distribution partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with client services, product, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, performance and investment teams across Europe.
  • Coordinate client presentations, marketing materials, and RFP submissions.
  • Maintain Salesforce CRM records and provide reporting and market insights.
  • Monitor client activity, fund flows, and reporting processes.
  • Support platform relationships and product on-boarding activities.
  • Assist with distribution agreements, due diligence, and client on-boarding processes.
  • Help deliver client events, webinars, roadshows, and round-tables.
  • Conduct market research and prepare intelligence reports.
  • Oversee local office coordination and administration responsibilities.

Required Skills

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related disciplines.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Experience supporting clients, sales teams, or distribution activities within financial services.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in financial markets and investment products.
  • Strong analytical and client service skills.
