Role Description
Full-time Relationship Manager. London, hybrid, with some real in-person time.
You are the person a member speaks to most. You take them from the day they join to a working relationship they trust, keep everything moving.
Day to day
- Onboarding: a careful welcome, chasing what is outstanding, preparing people properly for each specialist touchpoint
- The book: messages answered quickly, precisely, and warmly; holding people through uncertain or emotional moments without overstepping
- The membership: gathering feedback properly, turning it into changes, and occasionally curating things worth attending (dinners, talks) without making anyone feel they must appear
- Working with a small founding team to invent process rather than inherit it

£55,000 base plus a performance bonus and equity. Right to work in the UK required.
Qualifications
Must have
- A client book you have actually carried, where the relationship was the product, such as private client or wealth management, members’ clubs, luxury hospitality, premium concierge, or high-touch membership
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Calm under emotional load, and discreet with sensitive information by instinct
- High agency: you invent how the work is done
- Organisation tight enough that nothing is dropped

Strong signals
- You have worked somewhere regulated or trust-heavy (finance, legal, luxury service)
- You have built a process, a format, or a way of doing things that outlasted you
- Comfortable with a light CRM and have taste in the tools you use
