Relationship Manager - Real Estate - Corporate Banking
An exciting opportunity opens for a Relationship Manager to join an International Bank to manage and grow a portfolio of Real Estate corporate clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence the growth of a high-quality Real Estate portfolio, originate new business, structure sophisticated transactions and work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored financing solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a portfolio of corporate customers across various industries and be accountable for developing the banking relationship.
- Identify and acquire new customers who fall within the Branch’s target market and risk acceptance criteria.
- Service new/ existing corporate businesses with the full range of financial products and services, including cross-selling loans, deposit, trade finance, treasury products, capital markets, RMB business to increase returns on each account.
- Update pipeline of deals and maintain close credit monitoring of clients documented through call memo and reports.
- Prepare credit proposals, credit reviews and transactions in a timely manner.
- Manage post credit approval account management including reviewing of credit documentation.
- Adhere to regulators’ policies and the Bank’s internal compliance policies.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects/ tasks.
- Guide and train the RMs/Credit Analysts in the team.

Core Competencies:
- Strong business development skills with broad Real Estate market knowledge and presence.
- Sound Risk Management and Financial Analysis skills. This will include the ability to write high quality credit reports incorporating detailed credit analysis and a high level of technical knowledge for syndication, club, and bilateral transactions.
- Good knowledge of banking products, to be able to engage in meaningful discussions with customers to facilitate structuring and cross-selling.
