Relationship Manager – Commercial Mortgages
Home Based - Midlands / South West / London & South

I'm delighted to be working exclusively with a well-capitalised, highly respected UK financial institution that is investing heavily in the growth of its Real Estate business.
The business is looking to appoint a new Relationship Manager as it continues to expand nationally. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at an early stage of its growth, offering genuine influence, autonomy and long-term career progression, whilst benefiting from the security and resources of an established financial services group.

The Opportunity
You'll have full ownership of the customer journey, including:
- Originating new lending opportunities
- Structuring commercial mortgage facilities
- Managing applications through to completion
- Customer onboarding
- Ongoing relationship management and portfolio ownership
Initially, you'll benefit from a strong pipeline of internally generated referrals, before developing your own external broker and introducer relationships.

What They're Looking For
You'll ideally have experience within:
- Commercial property lending
- Relationship management
- Commercial mortgage origination
- Structuring lending transactions
- Broker and professional introducer relationship development
- Managing deals from enquiry through to completion
