About the Role
This is a field‑based Relationship Manager role, supported by an experienced internal underwriting and operations function. Your focus will be on origination – developing broker relationships, driving deal flow and managing transactions through to completion.

The lending proposition sits firmly within unregulated and specialist finance, with a focus on bridging and specialist buy‑to‑let - what matters most is the strength of your broker network and your ability to originate consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers and professional partners
- Originate specialist finance transactions across bridging and BTL
- Maintain a healthy, high‑value pipeline and manage deals through the full lifecycle
- Attend regular broker meetings and networking events to drive consistent deal flow
- Work closely with underwriting, credit and completions teams to ensure smooth execution
- Act as a trusted point of contact and market presence for the lender
Package & Commission Structure
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
- Bonus: Quarterly and annual performance-based bonuses, uncapped potential
- Benefits: Pension scheme and private healthcare (post-probation)
- Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
- Working structure: Field Based – 1 day per week in the office

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience within specialist property finance, bridging finance or buy to let
- Strong existing broker and introducer network
- Track record of meeting and exceeding origination targets
- Confident managing specialist, time‑sensitive transactions
- Commercial, relationship‑led approach with a clear sales mindset
- Motivated, self‑sufficient and comfortable working autonomously
